Home Staging

We work with your real estate agent to identify your home’s target market and we create a customized design plan.  We rearrange and redistribute your existing furnishings, and where necessary, we supplement and complete the look with a handful of inexpensive accessories purchased at discount stores.  Accessories include lamps, mirrors, silk floral, artwork and rugs. Purge-Organize-Donate

We tackle attics, basements, garages and any other areas of your home that are cluttered or choked with “stuff”. We help you sort, purge, organize, pack, donate and dump. Our deep cleaning leaves your home unrealistically clean. Your presence is required for a minimum amount of time.  We use a sticky-note system for you to indicate what must be kept versus what can go.

Interior Redesign

We design your home to be lived in by you and your family. Large or small, we tackle any project, from a master bathroom renovation to a whole-house makeover.

Landscaping

Our team performs light garden maintenance, including mulching, mowing, weeding, trimming, pruning and planting.  For larger landscaping jobs, we are happy to recommend a professional landscaper.

Handymen

We work with you and your real estate agent to identify key areas to update quickly and inexpensively.  Our painters, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and landscapers prepare your home to appeal to a broad cross-section of potential buyers.  Our philosophy is to update only to the extent that buyers will feel they can be happy in the home for one year without any major renovations.  That makes the investment in a new home much more palatable to buyers even if the updates aren’t exactly what the buyer wants.

Local Moves

We make your local move effortless.  We pack the contents of your current home, transport your household items across town, and clean and unpack in your new home to help you get settled.  Spare yourself the inconvenience and personal time commitment of coordinating several service providers and let us take care of the dust and debris.  We leave your new home welcoming, sparkling and smelling fresh.

Holiday Design

We decorate your home inside and out for your favorite holiday.  Wow your family and friends at your next holiday party!  Space on our holiday calendar is extremely limited.  Please book early.
